Tello.com Return Policy?
Tello.com offers a 30-day warranty for all phones (new or refurbished) purchased from their site. If a customer wishes to return the phone within the first 30 days, they can email Tello's Customer Support team with the order number and the reason for return. The device needs to be fully unlocked before returning and a factory reset of the device is also required. The returning device must be packed safely and arrive undamaged and unscratched. Devices returned with scratches or user damage will not be refunded or replaced. The device must be returned using the shipping label provided by Tello.
